To my own surprise I am writing this article. Yes I felt the need. It’s difficult to concentrate these days in this fast paced life where everyone is rushing to achieve something or the other, this social media has all the more made life more complicated. Despite merits, its overuse is marring the very essence of life.

Long hours of conversation are passé now. A linguistic conversation has been taken over by sms lingos. Album photos are of no use anymore due to over flowing pics in our mobile phones and camera. We are not reading paperback books but apps now.
Social media has become such important platform that it cannot be ignored anymore. Majority are addicted to social media than to any drug or alcohol. Time has come for “Social Networking Control (SNC)” support group and rehabilitation centers.
Yess!! I felt the need even after my previous article on my tryst with silence where I practiced not only silence but also self control on social media. Soo much futile time on social media is unaffordable and has made us more anxious than ever.
Its so well said that “iron cuts iron better” to add pun if we replace iron with apps then “apps cut apps better”. So here’s presenting to you the list of six free apps that will control your urge and anxiety just like it did for me.
